本文主要通过分析营业线施工的主要特点,找出施工中存在的一些薄弱环节,结合工作实际,提出强化营业线施工的合理化建议:通过调度所、车务站段、施工单位共同优化施工组织管理,完善安全关键卡控,加强施工分析考核,加强施工组织和施工期间的行车组织,落实运输、施工兼顾的原则,让铁路营业线施工成为运输组织的有机组成部分。
