以海参为研究对象,研究不同质量浓度糖萜素对海参生产性能和消化酶活性的影响。试验分为对照组和试验组,对照组海参饲喂基础饲料,试验组在基础饲料中添加不同质量浓度的糖萜素(1.5、3和4.5 g/kg),每组设4个重复,试验用海参初始平均体质量为55 g,试验期为36 d,试验结果表明:添加糖萜素的饲料均可促进海参生长,糖萜素4.5 g/kg试验组与对照组比较,海参的增质量显著,脂肪酶活性显著提高,其淀粉酶和蛋白酶与对照组比较差异极显著,结果表明:糖萜素能促进海参生长,提高增质量,同时糖萜素也能提高海参消化酶的活性。
Taking sea cucumber as the research object, the effects of different concentrations of saccharicterpenin on the performance and digestive enzyme activity of sea cucumber were studied. The results showed that saccharicterpenin could promote the growth of sea cucumber and increase the quality of the enzyme. Saccharicterpenin could also increase the activity of digestive enzyme of sea cucumber.
