最近劳动部和电子部颁发了“家用电子产品维修工”职业技能鉴定(考核)规范。该规范是由中国电子器材总公司、全国家电维修中心组织国内多位专家历经几年的调查研究后制定的。为开展全国性考核创造条件,同时还完成了考核题库,全套培训教材和教学录象带已由电子工业出版社出版。随着电子技术的迅速发展和人们文化物质生活水平的提高,家用电子产品正向着遥控、多功能和智能化的方向发展。多功能音响、录象机、大屏幕彩电、摄录一体机、激光唱机、影碟机等已成为近几年的消费热点,这些处理音频和视频信息的设备无不凝聚着世界最新技术成果。这些高新技术产品的普及极大地丰富了人们的精神生活,然而也向维修人员提出了新的课题,要求他们必须不断地更新知识,掌握新产品的维修技术,积累新的经验。因此要对从事这一行业的维修人员进行培训和进行相应的等级考核。
Recently, the Ministry of Labor and the Department of Electronics issued the “Home Electronics Maintenance Workers” occupational skills appraisal (assessment) specification. The specification was formulated by several experts from China National Electronic Equipment Corporation and National Appliance Repair Center after several years of investigation and research. In order to create conditions for the national assessment, it also completed the examination question bank. A full set of training materials and teaching videos have been published by the Electronic Industry Press. With the rapid development of electronic technology and the improvement of people’s cultural and material living standards, home electronic products are developing in the direction of remote control, multi-function, and intelligence. Multi-functional audio, video recorders, large-screen color TVs, camcorders, CD players, DVD players, etc. have become consumer hotspots in recent years. These audio and video information processing devices are all bringing together the latest technological achievements in the world. The popularization of these high-tech products has greatly enriched people’s spiritual life. However, they have also raised new issues for maintenance personnel, requiring them to constantly update their knowledge, master new product maintenance technologies, and accumulate new experiences. Therefore, maintenance personnel engaged in this industry must be trained and assessed accordingly.
