本研究主要针对丝制品成品样本档案的保护,而开发出成本低廉、制备简单、安全无害的新型抗菌防霉无机纳米保护剂。实验首先成功得到具有优良抗菌能力的Ag@TiO2复合无机纳米保护剂,负载的Ag纳米颗粒尺寸仅4 nm。之后,针对保护剂亲水性、分散性及产物颜色等方面进行了方法和技术的改进,从而得到Ag/TiO2@SiO2复合无机纳米保护剂,SiO2薄膜厚度约2 nm。经过定量实验测试,证明喷涂有0.5 g/L该保护剂的丝制品样本对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的细菌减少率分别是99.02%和98.92%;经过定性实验,证明该保护剂具有明显的抗霉菌能力。该保护剂的优势主要在于:适用范围广、制备及使用方法简捷、易于保存、成本极低,且对人体安全无害,不需要时易于清除,具有良好的“可逆性”。
This research mainly aims at the protection of samples of finished products of silk products, and has developed a new type of antibacterial and antifungal inorganic nano-protective agent with low cost, simple preparation and safety and harmlessness. In the experiment, Ag @ TiO2 composite inorganic nano-protective agent with excellent antimicrobial activity was successfully obtained. The size of Ag nanoparticles loaded was only 4 nm. After that, the methods and techniques were improved for hydrophilicity, dispersibility and product color of the protective agent to obtain Ag / TiO2 @ SiO2 composite inorganic nano-protective agent. The thickness of the SiO2 film is about 2 nm. After quantitative experiment, it was proved that the bacterial reduction rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli sprayed with 0.5 g / L of this protective agent was 99.02% and 98.92%, respectively. After qualitative experiments, the protective agent showed obvious Anti-mold ability. The protective agent has the advantages of wide application, simple preparation and use, easy storage, low cost, no harm to the human body, easy removal when not needed, good “reversibility”.
