一、测取油咀实际密封座面直径的意义油咀密封座面直径是组成供油系统的重要参数之一。它的大小影响到油咀弹簧预压量值,影响到供油系统的液力过程,从而影响到喷射过程的稳定性,影响到针阀关闭压力大小,影响到喷雾声响等。特别是在进行电算时,有时需要提供油咀实际密封座面直径值。而目前油咀密封座面直径值都是采用万能工具显微镜测量油针头部两个锥角的交界线处的直径,将此直径定为密封座面直径。有的油咀头部是一个锥角,其密封座面直径不易测定。而且这种万能工具显微镜设备又不是各单位都有。因此最好有一种简单易行的能测量实际密封座面直径的设备。
