互联网是信息传输的数字化、智能化、网络化的三者结合,使人类的信息资源得以整合后共享。使得人们相互间的信息交流变得更加快捷和高效,把偌大的世界变成了地球村、电子城。集邮正面临挑战集邮作为从邮政派生出来的一项活动,过去依赖于邮政的发展。然而,在互联网高速发展的今天,邮票的使用量日益减少,传统邮政业务萎缩。相反,电子邮件、混合邮件、商业信函、网上集邮市场等的占有率却越来越大。传统集邮正面临着巨大的挑战。
