使用铌酸锂(LN)晶体制作了有三个声电光互作用通道的调制器,并进行了空分型声电光频谱分析实验。它可减小声光频谱分析器由于器件自身频率特性的限制而产生的分析误差,提高分析精度达30%。
A modulator with three channels of acousto-optic interaction was fabricated using lithium niobate (LN) crystal, and a space-splitting acousto-optic spectrum analysis experiment was carried out. It reduces analysis errors caused by the limitations of the acoustooptical spectrum analyzer due to its own frequency characteristics and improves the analysis accuracy by up to 30%.
