岁月不居,时节如流,我们又迎来了中华民族的新春佳节。这是华夏大地拥抱的又一个辛卯之春,它展开于新世纪第二个10年的初始,启程于“十二五”计划的开年。
Years do not live, the season flow, we ushered in the Chinese New Year. This is yet another spring of Xinhua embrace in the vast land of China. It started at the beginning of the second decade of the new century and set off in the “Twelfth Five-year Plan”.
