本文简介脈冲多卜勒(PD)雷达模拟信号处理的原理,讨论了所能达到的性能及其限制因素。着重分析了目前国內外模拟信号处理器件CCD(电荷耦合器件)及SAW(表面声波器件)作频谱分析所能达到的水平及其对PD性能的限制。目前CCD CZT(线性调频Z变換)和SAW CZT可滿足下列要求:时宽带宽积≤250~500;动态范围60~80db;线性-40db;可抑制地物等回波-35~-40db。MTI(动目标显示)加DFT(离散付里叶变換)系统用模拟方法实现可望达到70~80db的地物回波的抑制度。
This article briefly introduces the principle of pulsed Doppler (PD) radar analog signal processing, and discusses the achievable performance and its limiting factors. At the same time, the level that can be achieved by spectrum analysis of CCD (Charge Coupled Device) and SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave Device) at home and abroad is emphatically analyzed and the limitation on PD performance is analyzed. At present, CCD CZT (Chirp Z Transform) and SAW CZT can meet the following requirements: Time-bandwidth product ≤250 ~ 500; Dynamic range 60 ~ 80db; Linear -40db; MTI (moving target display) plus DFT (Discrete Fourier Transform) system with analog methods to achieve the expected 70 ~ 80db object echo suppression degree.
