血平降压效应及其原理

中药制剂血平,是广州中药五厂于一九七三年研制成功的新降压药。经临床试用,认为对各类高血压的疗效较满意,同时对冠心病、动脉硬化症等也有缓解作用。血平系由夏枯草、黄精、槐米、谷精草、勾藤、黄芩、川牛膝、关升麻、桑寄生、毛冬青、珍珠层粉等药物组成的糖衣片剂,具有平肝、镇静、通血活络功能。临床用量:每日三次,每次三片,四周为一疗程,一般用三个疗程。我们着重对血平的降压作用及原理进行较系统的动物试验,现将结果报导如下: Blood preparation of traditional Chinese medicine preparations is a new antihypertensive drug developed by Guangzhou Fifth Pharmaceutical Factory in 1973.
