患者男,17岁,因枪伤致面颅、颈部异物存留于1981年2月2日5(30/pm)急症入院。患者于5小时前用自制之双层套管火药枪(内管为长7寸之铜管,后端呈锥形)右眼瞄准射击。此时内管向后弹射,击中左眉弓内侧并进入面颅向右侧斜行,前端达右颈锁骨上区之后部。过后伤处及鼻孔少量流血,吞咽时咽痛,并觉右颈部疼痛,不敢活动。伤后始终无昏迷或视障碍,无吞咽困难或语言障碍,无心慌或鼻堵、气促等。
Male, 17 years old, with a craniocele due to a gunshot wound and a 5-minute (30 / pm) emergency admission on February 2, 1981. The patient aimed at the right eye five hours earlier with a self-made, two-layer cannula gun (the inner tube is a 7-inch brass tube with a tapered rear end).
