绿色建筑发展的初期阶段,不妨称作“绿色1.0”。面向绿色建筑未来发展,以解决上述问题为导向,根据我院大型工程项目设计经验丰富、研发能力强、擅长设计创作的特长,在建筑工程设计实操中我们提出“绿色2.0”的观点。首先要确立“非常节省、非常环保、非常好用”的原则。这三点原则与绿色建筑“最大限度地节约资源、保护环境、减少污染,为人们提供健康、适用和高效的使用空间”理念如出一辙,却更加便于现行专业配置实际操作。其次要在建筑方案设计中进一步融入被动式技术。“被动优先主动优化”的原则在行业内早
The initial stage of green building development, may wish to call “Green 1.0 ”.
