我厂在引进日本叉车变速器生产线时,对差速器中的一对半轴齿轮与行星齿轮进行了产品设计验算。半轴齿轮与行星齿轮形状与给出的参数如图1、图2所示。验算中发现,按我国的常规设计验算,齿轮的几何尺寸出现错误,后来反复计算,发现日本直齿锥齿轮的基本参数设计有它的独到之处,下面我们将图1、图2所示的一对啮合的半轴齿轮行星齿轮验算介绍如下: 一、基本参数的确定根据图中给定的基本参数,还无法验算锥齿轮的几何尺寸,主要没有给出齿高系数f、径向间隙系数
