近年来,子女抚育案件呈上升趋势,人民法院在处理子女抚育问题上遇到许多新情况、新问题,下面仅就审判实践中较为突出的几个问题谈点个人粗浅的看法.
In recent years, there has been an upward trend in child-raising cases. People's courts have encountered many new situations and problems in handling their children's nurturing issues. The following only talk about some superficial opinions on the more prominent issues in trial practice.
