在培智学校,常常会碰到这样的学生,不管教师多么投入地教学,他都表现出十分木讷的样子。我就教过这样一位学生,在课堂上什么都不参与,无论你怎么启发诱导,他都是一个表情,一种状态。我不厌其烦地对他讲,喊他听,拉他看,但不强硬的要求他做,那样会让其产生逆反心理。时隔一年的一天,我在街上碰到这位学生和他的父亲,其父对我说:“也不知他跟谁学的,什么菜都会做,做的饭菜还都很像样。”原来这位同学早已把老师所教的饭菜的做法记在大脑里了,只是因为不自信,害怕自己做不好,才不敢尝试的。
