青年教师具有一定的专业理论知识、教学经验和充沛的精力,成为学校教育科研工作的骨干力量。但在实际工作中,许多青年教师并未担当起重任,仍然徘徊于教科研的大门外。如何尽快地将青年教师引进教科研的大门,培养一支素质过硬的教科研骨干队伍,是当前小学教科研工作中急需解决的一个重要课题。通过多年的探索研究,我认为从以下几方面进行,是行之有效的办法。
Young teachers have a certain degree of professional theoretical knowledge, teaching experience and plenty of energy to become the backbone of school education and scientific research. However, in actual work, many young teachers have not played a heavy responsibility and are still hovering outside the gate of scientific research. As soon as possible, how to introduce young teachers into the door of scientific research and train a contingent of competent scientific research cadres are an important issue urgently needed to be solved in the current teaching and research work in primary schools. After years of exploration and research, I think it is an effective way to proceed from the following aspects.
