由非类固醇抗炎药引起的哮喘特征为支气管痉挛、鼻炎和鼻息肉。其它药物也能促发特异反应性哮喘。本文报道1例由镇痛药诱发的哮喘妇女,用他莫昔芬治疗后,引起症状性和客观性气道梗阻。患者为53岁妇女,患有哮喘、鼻炎和复发性鼻息肉病20年,无湿疹或枯草热(hayfever)史。最初用沙丁胺醇(salbutamol)吸入剂能很好控制症状。1984年患者出现血清阴性型关节炎,而配服萘普生(naproxen),
Asthma caused by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is characterized by bronchospasm, rhinitis and nasal polyps. Other drugs can also trigger atopic reactivity asthma. This article reports a case of asthma induced by analgesics in women treated with tamoxifen, causing symptomatic and objective airway obstruction. The patient was a 53 year old woman with asthma, rhinitis, and recurrent nasal polyposis for 20 years without a history of eczema or hayfever.
