本文应用二维超声心动图检查发现有心电图异常的心脏囊虫病32例,结合超声所见囊虫在心脏的分布情况,以及参考有关的尸检资料,对心电图改变,心脏症状产生的机理进行了探讨。认为囊虫在心脏的占位,机械性损伤,毒性刺激及变态反应,使心肌组织受损,并引起病理改变,从而出现相应的心电图改变和临床症状。其严重程度与囊虫的数目及寄生的部位有关。心电图的动态观察可以判断治疗效果,也可作为判断心脏囊虫病严重程度的一个重要依据。
