目的有效保护和利用历史病案首页信息,提高工作效率。方法认真研究新旧两套病案系统的数据结构,利用PowerBuilder 9.0软件开发工具,建立系统对照,生成HIS病案系统所需信息后导入HIS数据库。结果历史病案首页信息成功导入HIS,实现网络化管理,和现有病案数据融为一体。结论实现了历史病案首页信息的有效保护和利用。
Objective To effectively protect and make use of the history information of the first page of medical records to improve work efficiency. Methods The data structures of the two old and new medical records system were carefully studied. The PowerBuilder 9.0 software development tools were used to establish the system control and generate the information needed by the HIS medical record system and then imported into the HIS database. Results Historical medical records Home information The successful introduction of HIS, network management, and existing medical records data integration. Conclusion Realized the effective protection and utilization of the first page of historical medical records.
