This paper discusses some basic problems in the data processing of earth dam vertical displacement observation. 1. Data processing methods are mapping and regression analysis, which is more accurate and reliable regression analysis. 2. For the calculation of the initial settlement of earth dam leakage measurement and intermittent mid-term or late observation data processing method using sub-regression. 3. Earth dam subsidence process line mathematical model selection and preparation methods. 4. Using regression analysis and variance analysis method to calculate the initial settlement of the upper dam leakage measurement.
