该文对应用于Ⅱ代微光像增强器的微通道板进行了电子冲刷和寿命实验的研究。介绍了专门研制的试验装置,对冲刷规程作了探讨并对测试结果进行了分析,得出了有益的结论。
In this paper, we studied the electronic scouring and lifetime experiments of the microchannel plate used in the second-generation micro-image intensifier. Introduced a specially developed test device, discussed the rules of the erosion and the test results were analyzed, and draw useful conclusions.
