去年下半年北京市某单位因办公楼失火,烧了很多图纸,造成工作和生产上的困难。这对我们档案工作者来说是个警钟,是个教训。值得注意的是,类似问题目前仍不断发生,如出现过以下几方面的情况: 一,保管不善,档案受到损坏。如把档案放在潮湿地方,因而霉烂;有的放在家具柜内,长期无人检查,档案被老鼠咬碎,成了老鼠窝。二,制度不健全,丢失档案。如借出档案不登记,有的虽然登记长期不还,也不催还,年长日久下落不明;有的干部借档案“各取所需”自己需要的留下长期自用,
In the second half of last year, a unit in Beijing suffered a fire due to an office building and burned many drawings, resulting in difficulties in work and production.
