BIM是建筑工程与信息技术的结合,旨在促进建筑全生命周期不同专业间的协同工作。作为服务于BIM的IDM标准,则定义了建筑全生命周期各个项目阶段的业务需求,并对各个工程阶段进行了明确的划分,详细定义了每个工程节点各专业人员所需的建筑信息,同时提供了一整套的基本建筑流程模块。IDM标准的应用可以帮助使用者在建筑的设计、施工等过程中,更好地做到建筑信息的交互,并运用于安防系统集成的数据交互实践中,大大提高信息交互的准确性和可用性,为行业BIM标准的编制以及基于BIM技术的建筑协同设计方案与软件开发提供可行的参考价值,以促进建筑全生命周期不同专业间的协同工作。
BIM is a combination of building engineering and information technology that aims to promote synergies across disciplines throughout the life cycle of a building. As an IDM standard for BIM, the business requirements of various project phases of the whole life cycle of a building are defined, and the various engineering stages are clearly divided. The building information required by each professional node in a project node is defined in detail. Meanwhile, A complete set of basic building blocks is provided. The application of IDM standard can help users better interact with building information in the process of building design and construction, and can be used in the data interaction practice of security system integration to greatly improve the accuracy and usability of information exchange. It provides a feasible reference value for the compilation of industry BIM standards and BCD-based architectural collaborative design solutions and software development so as to promote the collaboration among different disciplines in the entire life cycle of a building.
