目的分析浙江省宁波市2009—2010年水痘的流行病学特征,以及水痘-带状疱疹毒流行株基因分型特征,为预防控制水痘提供依据。方法根据法定传染病报告系统、宁波市全国突发公共卫生事件报告管理系统的水痘发病资料,收集数据并统计分析;同时对部分临床诊断水痘病例采集疱疹液标本,采用MRC-5细胞进行VZV分离,并提取脱氧核糖核酸进行聚合酶链反应,并对扩增产物测序,分析其基因型别。结果宁波市2009、2010年水痘报告发病率分别为23.33/10万和26.24/10万,各县(市)区均有病例报告,发病年龄组以7~12岁儿童发病率最高(245.21/10万),存在2个发病时间高峰,分别为5~6月份和11~12月份。15例患者水痘病毒核酸检测阳性,13例患者VZV为J型毒株,2例为M1型。结论宁波市水痘病例主要发生在冬春季节,主要以7~12岁及学龄儿童为主,J型毒株目前为本市流行主要毒株,但也有M1型毒株的局部流行。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of chickenpox from 2009 to 2010 in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, and the genotyping characteristics of the varicella - zoster virus. The results provide evidence for the prevention and control of chickenpox. Methods According to the statutory communicable disease reporting system and the Ningbo national public health emergency report management system, the data of chickenpox were collected and statistically analyzed. Herpes fluid samples were collected from some clinical diagnosis of chickenpox cases and VZV was isolated using MRC-5 cells , DNA was extracted for polymerase chain reaction, and the amplified products were sequenced to analyze their genotypes. Results The incidences of chickenpox in 2009 and 2010 in Ningbo were 23.33 / lakh and 26.24 / lakh, respectively. All the cases in each county (city) area were reported with the highest incidence in the age group of 7 ~ 12 years (245.21 / 10 Million), there are two peak incidence time, respectively, 5 ~ June and 11 ~ December. Fifteen patients had a varicella virus nucleic acid test positive, 13 patients with VZV J strain, and 2 patients with M1. Conclusion The cases of chickenpox in Ningbo mainly occur in the winter and spring seasons, mainly in children aged 7-12 years and school-age children. The J strain is currently the predominant strain in the city, but there is also a local epidemic of the M1 strain.
