高三的复习时间紧迫,学生都急着想提高学习成绩,于是如何帮助他们提高复习的效率,达到最佳的效果成了摆在老师们面前亟待解决的问题.多年的高三教学实践中我们不难发现学生在各次考试中出错率很高,如果能帮助学生解决这个问题,就能提高他们的学习成绩,达到预期的效果.解铃还须系铃人,我想最有效的办法就是让学生明白:知错就改,就能提高学习效率;减少失误,就能提高学习成绩.于是我就及时指导学生进行考后反思,多年实践表明,反思能让学生在高考中取得成功.
