以PDZS型平动椭圆振动筛为计算实例,建立了筛箱系统动态特性分析的有限元模型,用工程分析软件Pro/Mechanica对筛箱的动态特性作分析研究,计算了筛箱的低阶固有频率、模态振型;应用试验模态分析技术,采用一点激振,多点拾振的测试方法,对整体振动筛进行了实测,获得了振动筛固有频率、阻尼比和主振型,为钻井振动筛动力学设计和动力学修改提供了参考。
Taking the PDZS-type oscillating oval vibrating screen as an example, the finite element model of the dynamic characteristics of the screen box system is established. The dynamic characteristics of the screen box are analyzed and researched by the engineering analysis software Pro / Mechanica, Frequency and modal vibration mode of the shale shaker. The test mode analysis technique was used to test the whole shale shaker with one-point excitation and multi-point pick-up test. The natural frequency, damping ratio and main vibration mode of the shale shaker were obtained. Drilling shaker dynamic design and kinetic modification provide a reference.
