1病例患者男,28岁,因婚后2年,其妻无诱因自然流产2次,故来我院行染色体检查。夫妻表型及智力均正常,非近亲结婚。患者精液检查活力差。腹盆腔彩超未见明显异常。查体:身高178cm,体重65kg,男性外貌,有胡须及喉结,乳房平坦,外生殖器检查未见异常。夫妇双方家族中无异常生育史。细胞遗传学检查:夫妇双方外周血淋巴细胞染色体检查,常规培养、制片、G显带,在镜下分析30个分裂相,
