新疆科技期刊编辑学会于1992年1O月7～9日在乌鲁木齐市召开了第二次会员代表大会暨第二次学术年会,总结了第一届理事会的工作,选举了第二届理事,并进行了学术交流。 参加这次会议的有正式代表67人,列席代表9人。新疆维吾尔自治区党委宣传部、自治区科委、自治区新闻出版局和自治区科协的有关领导莅会指导并讲了话,一致强调科技期刊在传播科技信息、促进科技成果转化为生产力中的重要作用,并肯定了新疆科技期刊编辑学会成立四年来所取得的成绩。中国科技期刊编辑学会和中国高校学报自然科学研究会给大会发来了贺信。
Xinjiang Scientific and Technical Periodical Editing Society held a second member congress cum second academic annual meeting in Urumqi from July 7 to January 9, 1992, which summarized the work of the first session of the board of directors and elected the second session of board members, And conducted academic exchanges. China Sci-tech Journal Editorial Association and China University Journal Natural Science Research Association sent a congratulatory message.
