2011年8月,根据国务院《关于同意安徽省撤销地级巢湖市及部分行政区划调整的批复》,安徽省巢湖市被一拆为三,原所辖县区分别并入合肥、芜湖、马鞍山三市。经此调整,合肥市现辖4区1市4县,城市空间、经济体量大幅增加。到2020年,合肥人口规模将达1000万,在皖江城市带上,一个“区域性特大城市”呼之欲出。人口多城市用水量自然飚升,现在合肥常住人口570万人,夏季平均每天用水量达到100多万立方米,足有大半个天鹅湖之大。
In August 2011, according to the State Council’s Reply on Approval of the Restructuring of Chaohu City and Some Administrative Zones in Anhui Province, Chaohu City, Anhui Province was demolished for one year and the original counties and districts were merged into Hefei, Wuhu and Maanshan III city. After this adjustment, Hefei City has jurisdiction over 4 districts, 1 city and 4 counties, and the urban space and the volume of economy have greatly increased. By 2020, the population size of Hefei will reach 10 million, in the city of Wanjiang, a “regional mega-cities ” almost certain. The natural population growth of many cities soaring, and now resident population of 5700000 people in Hefei, the average daily water consumption in summer reached more than 1000000 cubic meters, enough to have a large Swan Lake.
