为了探讨铝对中枢神经系统多巴胺能神经元的影响,采用地高辛标记酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)反义RNA探针原位杂交组织化学方法,观察了氯化铝对大鼠黑质THmRNA表达的影响。结果发现,大鼠服用氯化铝3个月后,黑质背侧部多巴胺神经元THmRNA杂交信号弱于对照组,表明氯化铝对大鼠黑质THmRNA表达有抑制作用。
In order to investigate the effect of aluminum on dopaminergic neurons in central nervous system, digoxin labeled tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) antisense RNA probe in situ hybridization in situ hybridization histochemistry was used to observe the effect of aluminum chloride on rat substantia nigra THmRNA expression. The results showed that after 3 months of taking aluminum chloride in rats, the signal of THmRNA in dopaminergic neurons in the dorsal part of substantia nigra was weaker than the control group, indicating that aluminum chloride inhibited the expression of TH mRNA in substantia nigra of rats.
