目的:建立伏安极谱法测定硫酸软骨素滴眼剂中硫柳汞的含量,考察不同材质的塑料滴眼剂瓶对硫柳汞的吸附情况。方法:采用多功能电极中的悬汞模式电极(HMDE),在氯化钾-盐酸缓冲溶液中加入样品溶液,氮气脱氧时间为200 s,富集时间为60s,平衡时间为5s,采用两次标准加入法,进行电位扫描测定。结果:硫柳汞的线性范围为0.01~1.0 mg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 0),检测限为1.78μg·ml~(-1),平均回收率为99.1%(RSD=2.7%,n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确,适用于硫酸软骨素滴眼剂中硫柳汞的含量测定。低密度聚乙烯和聚丙烯材质对硫柳汞的吸附明显,硫酸软骨素滴眼剂不宜采用上述材质包装。
Objective: To establish the voltammetric polarographic determination of thimerosal in eyedrops and the absorption of thimerosal by plastic eye drops of different materials. Methods: The sample solution was added into the potassium chloride-hydrochloric acid buffer solution by the HMDE electrode. The deoxygenation time was 200 s, the enrichment time was 60 s, the equilibration time was 5 s, Standard addition method for potential scan determination. Results: The linear range of thimerosal was 0.01-1.0 mg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 0). The detection limit was 1.78 μg · ml -1. The average recovery was 99.1% (RSD = 2.7% n = 9). Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate and is suitable for the determination of thimerosal in chondroitin sulfate eye drops. Low density polyethylene and polypropylene material on thimerosal obvious adsorption, chondroitin sulfate eye drops should not be packed with the above materials.
