我们和自治区直属机关党工委对区直机关的党风状况进行了一次比较全面深入的调查。总的看,大多数党员、干部是好的和比较好的。但是在党风党纪、廉政建设方面也存在不少问题,有的甚至相当严重。这次调查发现和掌握了176件案件线索。这些问题主要表现在:一、利用职务之便以权谋私,弄权勒索,贪污受贿,吃、拿、卡、要,中饱私囊,官商勾结,搞权钱交易。二、特权思想严重,在用人、安排子女、住房、用车、出国等方面搞不正之风。三、官僚主义作风严重,失职渎职、上当受骗、盲目投资造成重大损失。
We and the Party Committee directly under the autonomous region conducted a more comprehensive and in-depth investigation into the party’s style of work in the organs directly under the Central Government. In general, most party members and cadres are good and relatively good. However, there are still many problems in the party discipline work and the building of an honest and clean government, some of them even quite serious. The survey found and mastered 176 case clues. These problems are mainly manifested in the following aspects: First, they use their positions to seek personal gains and to use their power for personal gains, to gain the right to extortion, to embezzle corruption, to accepting bribes, to eating, to taking cards, to enrich themselves and to businesses and businessmen, and to engage in power and money transactions. Second, serious prerogative thinking, in employing, arranging for children, housing, car, abroad and so engage in unhealthy tendencies. Third, serious bureaucratic style, dereliction of duty, deception, blind investment caused heavy losses.
