加强企业内控管理是现代企业发展的必然要求,本文从胜利油田实施内部控制管理工作以来存在的风险评估机制、激励约束机制、检查评价机制等问题入手,提出了加强内控行为主体控制、过程监督控制、信息系统建设等提高内控执行的效率途径,为今后油田建立内控长效机制提供了借鉴。
The internal control management of enterprises is an inevitable requirement for the development of modern enterprises. This paper starts with the risk assessment mechanism, incentive and restraint mechanism, inspection and evaluation mechanism existing since the implementation of internal control management in Shengli Oilfield, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the control of internal control actors, process supervision and control , The construction of information system and other ways to improve the efficiency of internal control implementation provide reference for the oilfield to establish a long-term mechanism of internal control in the future.
