治淮老战士马长炎、卢前玉同志今年5月10日至18日到蚌埠考察治淮工作。马老于建国初期曾任治淮委员会水利一师师长、淮委秘书长。后来先后担任安徽省副省长、省人大副主任等领导职务。现在,因年逾古稀,离休在家,马老虽不在其位,但仍时时关心治淮工作,关心沿准地区的四化建设。马老来蚌后,由淮委离休老干部祁策同志陪同,先后到怀远、五河县的县镇、农村、学校、工厂、个体户以及沿淮堤防和水利建设工
