对随机抽样的重庆市渝中区居民173户(家庭主妇151人,家庭主男22人)进行营养知识、态度、行为的问卷调查。结果表明:渝中区家庭主妇维生素A、维生素C、锌等营养素知识较为贫乏;营养态度趋向科学化;家庭主妇营养行为直接取决于其营养知识的掌握程度(bj=0.3418P<0.001),家庭经济状况(Engel指数)对其影响无统计学显著意义(P>0.05);而营养知识主要受教育程度的影响,高中以上文化程度的家庭主妇营养知识掌握最好。结果提示:营养教育可以通过营养知识-态度-行为模式对家庭主妇人群发挥作用。
A questionnaire survey was conducted on 173 households (151 housewives and 22 male parents) in Yuzhong District, Chongqing City, who were randomly sampled for nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior. The results showed that the knowledge of nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C and zinc in the Yuzhong district housewife was poor; the nutrition attitude tended to be scientific; the nutritional behavior of the housewives directly depended on the mastery of their nutritional knowledge (bj=0.3418P<0.001). The family economic status (Engel index) has no statistical significance (P>0.05). The nutrition knowledge is mainly affected by the education level, and the housewives with high education degree or above have the best nutrition knowledge. The results suggest that nutrition education can play a role in the housewife population through a nutritional knowledge-attitude-behavior model.
