From May 25 to June 15 this year, we conducted a pilot project of establishing a regional cooperative economic organization in Dalin Nature Village, Luoxiu Township, Xiangzhou County. The approach is: mobilizing the masses in depth and beginning with the realization of a unified ideology. Some of the people do not have enough understanding of the importance and necessity of establishing a regional cooperative economic organization. There are some ideological suspicions and there are five scarcities in summation. Namely: a fear of going backwards, two afraid of a flat two tone, three fear into the community did not operate autonomy, four fear of increased burden, five fear difficult to choose a good man to be the boss.
