文章通过对“汉字文化圈”国家和地区汉字使用情况的梳理,分析“汉字文化圈”国家和地区进行汉字形体规范的可能性,指出确立汉字形体规范的标准不应拘泥于微观,应从宏观出发,充分考虑汉字使用不同层面的要求和不同地域的现状,进而提出汉字形体规范目前可实行两套标准:即简体系统标准和繁体系统标准,以满足不同层面和不同地域汉字使用的需要,促进该文化圈的文化与经济交流。
