通过破损调查分析,认为宁钢1号高炉风口带冷却壁破损的主要原因是冷却壁制造质量很差。冷却壁损坏后,采用了穿管修复、纳米技术修补,并及时进行了拆除更换处理。
Through the analysis of the damage investigation, it is considered that the main reason for the damage of the stave with the stave of No. 1 blast furnace in Ninggang is the poor quality of the stave.
