目的探讨早期肠内营养应用于胃底贲门癌术后的可行性、安全性和应用价值。方法1998年1月至2004年11月收治159例胃底贲门癌,随机分为早期肠内营养组(81例)和肠外营养组(78例),分析两组病人术后平均住院日、住院费用、并发症及术后恢复情况的差异。结果术后平均住院时间肠内组比肠外组缩短(P<0.01);平均住院费用及并发症发生率,肠内组均较肠外组减少。结论早期肠内营养应用于胃底贲门癌术后安全可行,既符合生理要求,促进肠功能恢复,又可改善病人术后营养状况。
Objective To investigate the feasibility, safety and application value of early enteral nutrition in postoperative gastric cardia cancer. Methods From January 1998 to November 2004, 159 patients with gastric cardia and cardia were enrolled and randomly divided into early enteral nutrition group (n = 81) and parenteral nutrition group (n = 78). The average postoperative hospital stay, Hospital costs, complications and postoperative recovery of the differences. Results The mean postoperative hospital stay was shorter than that in the parenteral group (P <0.01). The average hospitalization expenses and the incidence of complications were lower in the enteral group than those in the parenteral group. Conclusion Early enteral nutrition for postoperative gastric cardia cancer is safe and feasible, not only meet the physiological requirements, promote the recovery of intestinal function, but also improve the nutritional status of patients.
