目的通过观察中西医结合治疗髌骨骨折的效果,研究治疗髌骨骨折的有效方法。方法 84例进行髌骨骨折治疗的患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组42例。对照组患者服用常规消炎镇痛西药,研究组在常规西药外增加中草药口服、熏洗治疗。治疗后对比两组患者治疗效果,统计总有效率以及患者治疗的满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);研究组患者的满意度为91.75%,对照组患者的满意度为82.16%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合疗法治疗髌骨骨折患者,能有效提高骨折愈合质量、恢复关节功能,并缩短疗程,提升患者生活质量,操作简便、易于掌握,值得在各医疗机构中加以应用和推广。
Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patellar fracture and study the effective method of treatment of patellar fracture. Methods Eighty-four patients with patellar fracture were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. Conclusion The treatment of patellar fracture with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the quality of fracture healing, restore joint function, shorten the course of treatment and improve the quality of life of patients. It is easy to operate and easy to operate and should be applied and popularized in various medical institutions.
