In the “TJ-74” for Industrial and Civil Building Foundation Design (TJ-74), the bearing capacity of sand is determined based on the compactness of sand. Sand density is different, and its allowable bearing capacity is also different. The relationship between the allowable bearing capacity on the sand and the density is shown in Table 1.
