2010年,我国对外贸易快速增长,前11个月进出口总额2.68万亿美元,进出口、出口和进口规模均已超过2009年全年水平。预计2010年进出口总额超过2.9万亿美元,同比增长30%左右;贸易顺差1900亿美元左右。2011年,外贸进出口面临的不确定因素仍然较多,要继续稳定和落实支持政策,加快外贸发展方式转变,努力提高外贸发展的质量和效益,力争增速略高于GDP增速,达到10%左右。
In 2010, China’s foreign trade grew rapidly, with a total import and export volume of 2.68 trillion U.S. dollars in the first 11 months. The scale of imports and exports, exports and imports have surpassed the 2009 annual level. It is estimated that the total volume of imports and exports in 2010 will exceed 2.9 trillion U.S. dollars, up 30% over the same period of last year; the trade surplus will be around 190 billion U.S. dollars. In 2011, there are still many uncertainties in the import and export of foreign trade. We must continue to stabilize and implement supportive policies, speed up the transformation of the mode of foreign trade development, strive to improve the quality and efficiency of foreign trade development, and strive to increase the growth rate slightly above the growth rate of GDP to 10 %about.
