本文从我国企业社会责任现状出发,从企业社会责任的视角辩证地分析了企业人力资本投资不足的原因和人力资本投资的收益,认为加强人力资本投资是企业必须履行的社会责任。
Based on the current situation of corporate social responsibility in our country, this paper dialectically analyzes the reasons for the underinvestment of corporate human capital and the returns from investment in human capital from the perspective of corporate social responsibility. It believes that strengthening the investment in human capital is the social responsibility that enterprises must fulfill.
