当今社会,随着人民生活水平的逐渐提高,人们对于经济与资本越来越重视,财务管理专业应运而生,社会对财务管理专业的人才需求越来越大,在充分调研的前提下,并结合笔者所学专业与工作,对财务管理专业的人才模式进行分析,在发现问题的同时解决问题,切实提高财务管理专业的人才培养质量,创新人才培养模式。
In today’s society, with the gradual improvement of people’s living standards, people pay more and more attention to economy and capital, and the specialty of finance and management emerges as the times require. The society needs more and more talents for financial management professionals. On the premise of full investigation and research, Based on the specialty and work I learned, this paper analyzes the mode of talent in financial management major, solves the problem while discovering the problem, and effectively improves the quality of personnel training in financial management and innovates the mode of personnel training.
