目的:探索中央空调冷却塔水军团菌生态学特征,为制定军团菌消毒措施提供依据。方法:采用常规分离培养方法,对实验室模拟水样中的军团菌生态特征进行实验研究。结果:实验室模拟水样中军团菌的消长与温度关系明显,在35℃左右达到高峰;在水温到20℃以下时,模拟水样中不能检出军团菌,但实验装置玻璃缸壁生物膜上仍能检出军团菌。结论:实验室模拟水样中军团菌消长与温度关系明显,生物膜为军团菌躲避不利环境提供庇护场所。
Objective: To explore the ecological characteristics of Legionella pneumophila in central air conditioning cooling tower and to provide evidence for the development of Legionella disinfection measures. Methods: The routine isolation and culture methods were used to study the ecological characteristics of Legionella in simulated water samples in laboratory. Results: The growth and decline of Legionella in laboratory simulated water samples were significantly correlated with the temperature and reached a peak at around 35 ℃. However, no Legionella colonies could be detected in simulated water samples when the water temperature was below 20 ℃. However, Legionella can still be detected. Conclusion: The growth and decline of Legionella in laboratory simulated water samples have a significant relationship with temperature. Biofilms provide shelter for Legionella bacteria to avoid unfavorable environment.
