高职院校健康体适能教育模式的实验研究

为了评估健康体适能教育模式在高职体育中的教学效果,采用对比实验的方法,以非体育专业高职学生作为研究对象,对其进行健康体适能教育模式的实验研究。结果表明:健康体适能教育模式更有利于发展学生的心肺功能、肌肉力量和柔韧素质;把健康的理念和科学健身的方法传授给学生,培养学生养成规律的运动习惯和形成健康的生活方式;更好地适应了高职院校体育课程教学改革的需要,为高职院校培养全面发展的高素质职业化人才做出贡献。 In order to evaluate the effect of physical fitness education mode on PE in higher vocational education, a comparative experiment method was used to study the health physical fitness education model of non-PE vocational students as the research object. The results showed that: Health fitness training model is more conducive to the development of students’ heart and lung function, muscle strength and flexibility; the concept of health and scientific fitness methods taught to students, training students to develop regular exercise habits and the formation of a healthy life Ways to better adapt to the teaching reform of physical education in higher vocational colleges need to contribute to the cultivation of all-round development of high-quality professional talents in higher vocational colleges.
