钼精矿的脱水干燥作业,我厂采用平面式。矿浆提升,过去采用的是隔膜泵,设备配置如图1。隔膜泵在该作业中虽能完成任务,但也确实存在一些缺点。我矿采矿为地下开采,原矿中混进了许多坑木,经破碎磨矿后变成木屑。这些木屑虽经各道工序筛除,仍有一部分随钼精矿泡沫进到浓密机中,经常把隔膜泵的球阀垫起,影响正常的运转,遇到此种情况,操作工人就得拆卸泵体,清洗球阀,
