Currently, the U.S. military’s active duty, retirement, and routine medical insurance for reservists and their families are mainly implemented through the TRICARE system, which is administered by the TRICARE Management Center under the U.S. Department of Defense. The TRICARE system uses the health resources of the army, sea and air force and the Coast Guard in the MHS and complements the non-governmental medical service network and adopts the zoning security policy.
