约7.87%突发公共事件中现谣言中国社科院社会科学文献出版社和上海交通大学舆情研究实验室最近联合发布2013舆情蓝皮书《中国社会舆情与危机管理报告(2013)》,对近年来的重大舆情事件进行了系统研究,同时剖析了网络谣言产生的原因并对预防机制提出相关建议。该报告称,对3115个有效样本的分析显示,2010年至2012年,平均约有7.87%的突发公共事件中曾出现过谣言。以2012年为例,网络谣言主要集中出现在事故灾难、政策出台、民生问题等类型事件中。报告
About 7.87% Rumor Emerging in Public Emergencies Recently, the Public Opinion Research Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Shanghai Jiaotong University Public Opinion Research Laboratory jointly released the 2013 Public Opinion Blue Book “China’s Social Sentiment and Crisis Management Report (2013)”.
