交流是教师与学生沟通的主要方式,也是教育学生的主要方式。教师可以通过交流引导学生,启发学生,使学生按照教师既定的教育目标发展成长。对于教师来说,与学生交流得是否和谐顺畅,是否能够做到晓之以理、动之以情、导之以行很重要,只有教师真心地与学生交流,艺术地与学生交流,教师的教育才能产生吸引力,使学生心悦诚服地接受教师的思想,进而促进学生身心的健康发展。因此,教师要善于与学生交流。
